Haley Necaise Broom has served the people of South Mississippi as a litigator and prosecutor for more than two decades. Her career includes private practice representing families, businesses, and law enforcement, as well as five years in the District Attorney’s Office prosecuting serious felony cases.
Throughout her work, Haley has handled matters involving custody, estates, domestic relations, and complex civil disputes, along with criminal cases involving domestic violence, child abuse, and homicide. These experiences have shaped her understanding of how court decisions affect children, families, and communities long after a case is resolved.
