Haley currently serves in the District Attorney’s Office, where she prosecutes major felony cases, including crimes involving child abuse, domestic violence, sexual assault, homicide, and drug trafficking. Here, Haley works closely with law enforcement and multidisciplinary teams to ensure thorough case preparation and victim-sensitive proceedings.

Haley began her legal career at Dukes, Dukes, Keating & Faneca, P.A., where she practiced civil litigation, family law, wills and estates, municipal law, liability defense, and chancery matters, including custody, probate, and land disputes. At the firm, she also represented governmental entities and public officials in complex litigation and served in advisory roles.
Haley believes the Chancery Court plays a critical role in protecting children, strengthening families, and providing stability during some of life’s most difficult moments.
With more than 20 years of legal experience, including private representation and felony prosecution, she has seen how deeply court decisions affect households, property, and futures. Those experiences have shaped her understanding of the responsibility carried by a Chancery Court Judge and the lasting impact thoughtful decisions can have on families and communities.
Haley believes cases should be handled with preparation and care, that every person has the right to be heard and treated impartially, and that families deserve timely decisions that allow them to move forward with clarity and stability.
